Delta Made Workforce Pathways is a regional initiative designed to equip individuals in the Mississippi Delta with practical skills that lead directly to employment. Developed through a partnership between the University of Memphis and Coahoma Community College, and supported by the Delta Regional Authority, the project creates short, accessible training programs—called digital badges—in areas like machining, precision measurement, forklift operation, and electrical fundamentals. These microcredentials are designed to meet local industry needs while opening new career opportunities for participants, especially those who are unemployed or underemployed.
