Exploded views provide a way to show an assembly in an exploded state without disrupting the underlying assembly condition. Exploded views are often used in parts manuals, etc.
NOTE: To use and exploded view in an NX drawing (using the drafting application), do the explosion in the same file as the drawing (make the explosion in the drawing, not in the assembly file.
