Using an XRP robot (Provided by Prof Kohn – see Fig 1), design a lift mechanism that will allow the robot to drive under a ”Carrier”, lift it up and deliver the “Carrier” to a new location. The idea is to allow these robot(s) to perform like Warehouse robot(s) delivery robots (See Fig 2).
The mechanism must be easily attached to the XRP and must be able to use the addition IO of the XRP robot. Ideally the lift mechanism would be paired with a matching “Carrier” as part of the project and the project would be put on the XRP Community so that schools could use the design for in class projects and warehouse mockups (could be expanded to include the software library to use the lift mechanism).
